Many new, lesser-known wellness and healing options are available for Veterans and their families who face the invisible wounds of war like PTSD and TBI, depression and anxiety.

A common treatment is traditional talk therapy, which can include individual and group counseling. Sometimes medications are prescribed. While these are the most commonly used techniques, new healing options are emerging daily that are proving very beneficial.

We encourage you to ALWAYS visit with your care team (doctor, counselor, etc.) about considering techniques that may be of interest to you.  Explore the therapies we have discovered that may be helpful.
