Pennsylvania Cares –  As military personnel return home to Pennsylvania from their duties in the U.S. Global War on Terror (GWT) and other duties, these individuals and their family members may experience a variety of readjustment challenges. In response to this, the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare; Office of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services; the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs, and the Department of Veterans Affairs have joined with various state and local agencies to form a voluntary advisory and action task force to assist these veterans and their families with a successful reintegration back to their families and communities.

Philadelphia Veterans Multi Services Organization –  The Philadelphia Veterans Multi-Service & Education Center is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to assisting nation’s honorably discharged veterans. The mission is to provide employment, training, and related educational services to all honorably discharged Veterans. Also, to provide social and human services counseling and referrals to less fortunate Veterans experiencing barriers in finding their way back into the mainstream of society.

The Soldiers  A group of licensed mental health professionals who offer FREE psychological treatment to military service members (active duty, National Guard, Reserve and veterans) who have served or expect to serve in the conflicts in Iraq or Afghanistan.
