Pennsylvania Cares – www.PaCares.org.  As military personnel return home to Pennsylvania from their duties in the U.S. Global War on Terror (GWT) and other duties, these individuals and their family members may experience a variety of readjustment challenges. In response to this, the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare; Office of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services; the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs, and the Department of Veterans Affairs have joined with various state and local agencies to form a voluntary advisory and action task force to assist these veterans and their families with a successful reintegration back to their families and communities.

Philadelphia Veterans Multi Services Organization – www.pvmsec.org.  The Philadelphia Veterans Multi-Service & Education Center is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to assisting nation’s honorably discharged veterans. The mission is to provide employment, training, and related educational services to all honorably discharged Veterans. Also, to provide social and human services counseling and referrals to less fortunate Veterans experiencing barriers in finding their way back into the mainstream of society.

Providing Hope VA – providinghopeva.com/ Providing Hope Va is veteran founded 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that works to support our less fortunate veterans. Providing Hope works with veterans facing financial difficulties, homelessness, unemployment, and those in need of treatment. Providing Hope is a small community based organization filling the void between the Veteran’s Administration and our veterans in need throughout our communities.
