Eating Healthy

It is often surprising to recognize the impact that healthy (or unhealthy) eating can have on mental well-being, but they are deeply woven together.

For example, too little or too much of specific vitamins and/or minerals in our meals can even CREATE health problems.

Veterans and families are often faced with pre-during-post deployment stresses that are unavoidable, but healthy eating is one part of life that can be personally managed.  Below are some links that offers managable ideas for everyday life.

My Fitness Pal – http://www.myfitnesspal.com/ download free apps and/or access information to assist you in developing a healthy and balanced eating and fitness plan.
